When you open PowerPoint in Citrix you will find that it opens with a standard TCN template, you will see the standard TCN layout.
This template is setup to use for all your TCN and Project documents.
The standard template colors are set for corporate blue; you can change this to match your project colors as follows:
All color pallets now have the theme color of your project. Also the background, main bars and sub bars have the correct color.
The color pallets have 10 theme colors, in order form left to right these are:
1. | White | Standard. |
2. | Black | Standard. |
3. | Main bar | Black for corporate and colored for projects. |
4. | Sub bar | Blue or gray for corporate and black for projects. |
5. | Main color | Use this color for objects or text that you want to have your project color. |
Note: | Do not use the main bar or sub bar colors, these will switch from color to black or vice versa when you switch form a corporate theme to a project theme or vice versa. | |
6. | 40% of Main bar | Black for corporate and colored for projects. |
7. | 40% of Sub bar | Blue or gray for corporate and black for projects. |
8. | Red | Standard. |
9. | Yellow | Standard. |
10. | Green | Standard. |
Tip: You can switch theme colors at any time, all objects or texts will change to the new theme color.
A black stamp is placed in the top right corner by default; the stamp will not change color when you select a different theme color.
You can change the stamp to a different color by replacing it with a different colored stamp:
The standard template already has three slides, a title slide, a content slide and an end slide.
There are 11 slide types to choose from:
1. | Presentation slide | The title slide, here you can enter a background picture and the title of your presentation. |
2. | Title and Content | A content slide, used for most content. |
3. | End slide | The end slide, here you can enter a background picture and a Trammel image. |
4. | Section Header | Use this slide if you want to divide your presentation into different sections. |
5. | Title Only | Only a title can be entered on this slide, no content text. |
6. | Blank | Yes, a blank slide. |
7. | Two Content | A content slide with two columns. |
8. | Two Content with caption | Same as a two content but with an extra caption text area. |
9. | Content with Caption | Same as a title and content slide but with an extra caption text area. |
10. | Title and Vertical Content | Horizontal title with vertical content. |
11. | Vertical Title and Content | Vertical title and content. |
Slide layout
The standard template has a layout that is aliened on a set of drawing guides.
Press Alt+F9 to see these drawing lines. Press Alt+F9 again to hide them.
You might also see a grid; you can toggle this on and off by pressing Shift+F9.
