Concept:
Planning and implementation of the Aachen Arkaden, Aachens new top shopping location. Initiated and attended by AMW Projekte, Aachen once – we took over the project after initial phase. TCN also took over the Aachen Arkaden Real Estate enterprise and is close to opening.
The center will offer approx. 21.600 m² spaces for retail and gastronomy, 5.000m² will be offered for business for end users. The construction phase started in September 2007; the opening is planned for October 2008.

Development:
Thanks to its optimal location, the centre will attract people from the whole Euregio Maas/Rhine area – approx. 3.8 million inhabitants. The Trierer Straße is the main traffic axis in the eastern part of Aachen. More than 30,000 cars pass through every day.
